1. Test items

2. Test method
Microscope observation method: used for fiber composition detection, through the microscope to magnify the fiber morphological characteristics, based on the unique appearance of mulberry silk, such as the triangular cross-section, etc., accurately identify and distinguish the difference from other fibers.

Strength meter test: Cut the mulberry silk fabric into samples of specified size according to the standard, fix them on the strength meter, gradually apply tension, and the instrument automatically records the force value when the fabric breaks, so as to obtain the tensile and tearing strength data.

Color fastness friction meter test: simulate daily friction scenes, use the specified friction cloth to rub the fabric back and forth under a certain pressure, and then compare the color staining degree of the fabric sample after friction with the standard color card to evaluate the color fastness grade.

3. Testing standards
GB/T 14014 "Silk Woven Fabrics" and other standards are commonly used in China, which specify the specifications, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules of mulberry silk fabrics in detail. There are ISO standards internationally to ensure that there is a unified measurement scale for product quality in domestic and foreign trade, so that mulberry silk fabrics can be circulated in the international market.
