1. Test items

Color fastness test: covers color fastness such as water washing and sunlight resistance. Water washing color fastness is related to the degree of fading of clothes after washing. If the color fastness is poor, the color of clothes will become dull after washing several times; sunlight color fastness determines the durability of the color of the fabric in the sun, and this item of outdoor parasol fabric must meet the standard.

2. Test method
Instrument test method: Use a universal material testing machine to accurately control the rate and strength of stretching and tearing, record data, and obtain strength indicators. The data is objective and accurate.
Friction test method: rub nylon fabric with standard friction cloth under specified pressure and times, and evaluate color fastness by comparing color cards; use xenon arc lamp simulating sunlight to continuously irradiate, observe color changes and measure color fastness to sunlight.
Actual use simulation method: make samples of clothing or equipment, simulate real use scenarios, such as letting backpacks repeatedly load heavy objects, washing clothes multiple times, observing wear, deformation, fading, etc., which is close to reality but takes a long time.
