Fiber composition and content: clarify the proportion of various fibers such as wool, and use chemical dissolution method or microscopic observation method to detect.

Dimensional change rate: detect the dimensional stability after washing and other treatments, and measure the dimensional change after washing according to standard procedures.

Strength: includes tensile strength and bursting strength, which are tested by tensile testing machine and bursting testing machine.

Pilling: Use a pilling tester to detect the degree of appearance affected and rate it.

Color fastness to washing: detect the color fastness during washing, and compare and rate it with the standard sample card after washing.

Color fastness to rubbing: detect whether the color fades during rubbing, and compare and rate it after rubbing.

Fiber composition and content standards
The product label must comply with the national standard GB/T 29862-2013 "Textiles - Identification of Fiber Content" to ensure that the labeled content is true and accurate.

Physical performance standards
Dimensional change rate: Standards such as FZ/T 73018-2012 "Wool Knitwear" have clear limits on the dimensional change rate of wool sweaters after washing to ensure the fit.

Strength standards: Relevant standards specify the minimum tensile and bursting strength of wool sweaters. For example, GB/T 2660-2017 (for shirts, but the principle is similar) can be used as a reference for the test methods and qualified indicators of fabric strength to ensure durability.

Pilling standards: According to GB/T 4802.1-2008 and other fabric pilling test method standards, the pilling performance of wool sweaters is tested, and there are corresponding rating standards to measure quality.

Color fastness standards
Color fastness to washing and color fastness to rubbing: follow the standards such as GB/T 3921-2008 (water fastness) and GB/T 3920-2008 (rubbing fastness), and determine whether the color fastness grade meets the standard through the prescribed test method and comparison with the gray sample card.
