1.1 Grading Regulations
4.1.1
The self combed outer wool top is classified according to the fineness of the wool, and the specifications are represented by 13.5 pm.14.5 pm.15.5 pm, etc p> Example: A fineness specification of 14.5 pm indicates an average fineness range between 14.1 pm and 15.0 pm p> When the average fineness of the wool top does not meet the specified index range, it should be adjusted according to its corresponding fineness p>
4.2 Grading Regulations
4.2.1 The grade of the self combed outer hair top shall be comprehensively evaluated based on its physical indicators and inspection results of appearance defects. The lowest item shall be rated at
