Soybean protein composite fiber

Soybean protein composite fiber

The protein extracted from soybean is chemically prepared into a protein solution and blended with polyvinyl alcohol. The fiber is spun and cross-linked, and its egg content is between 16% and 50%.

Technical Requirements

4.1 Grading Regulations.

The quality grade of soybean protein composite fiber top is based on the batch, and is comprehensively evaluated based on the inspection results of internal quality and appearance defects.

The lowest one is graded and pided into three grades: excellent product, - grade product, and qualified product. Those below the qualified product are considered as substandard products

4.2 Quality Grade Evaluation.

The technical requirements for internal quality include unit weight deviation of top, unit weight unevenness of top, average length deviation rate, short hair rate, and oil content
