Products produced before January 1, 2005 and meeting the corresponding standard requirements are allowed to be sold in the market, with a transitional period of one year until January 1, 2006. After the implementation of this technical specification, if the basic safety technical requirements for textile products in other relevant standards and technical documents do not comply with the provisions of this technical specification, this technical specification shall prevail
