1. Registration

by the chemical manufacturerImporters have access to relevant information about the substances in the chemicals produced or imported, and use this information to manage the use and safety of the chemicals. Registration must be submitted to the European Chemical Administration (ECHA) by natural or legal persons within the EU and the "sole representative" of foreign manufacturers within the EU.
