Leather Sandals Inspection GB/T 22756-2008

[ 2023-12-04 ]

GB/T 22756-2017 "Leather Sandals" has been officially released and will be officially implemented from December 1, 2017, replacing the original GB/T 22756-2008 "Leather Sandals" standard

The scope of application of the standard is clearer, clarifying that it does not apply to leather sandals (sandals) for children and infants, and avoiding conflicts with QB/T 4546-2013 "Children's Leather Sandals" in terms of scope of application. The methods and evaluation criteria for some testing items have been modified, and the standard terms have been refined to make the standards more in line with the development of leather sandal technology today. At the same time, requirements for odor and heel wear resistance assessment have been added to meet the increasing quality requirements of consumers for leather sandal products

Scope of application:

Suitable for general leather sandals.

Test items:

Reference standard item note 1 GB/T 3923.1 Shoe size identification includes foot length indication, followed by foot width indication (if required). Both values are expressed as integers in millimeters (without specifying units). Separate each other with a short or diagonal line. The height of the font used should be at least 3mm. 2GT 3923 Shoe Last Size Shoe last is the mother body of shoes. It is the molding mold of the shoe that determines the shape and style of the shoe. Shoe last size refers to a complete set of shoe last sizes that are expanded and shrunk according to the specified size difference, centered around the sample last. 3GB/T 2673 product identification includes trademark, product name, shoe size, material, place of origin, company name and contact information, San Bao regulations, executive standard label, production date, color, and product number 4GT 3903.5-2011. The overall appearance of sensory quality, upper surface, no obvious defects, no shrinkage or deformation of the toe, symmetrical height of the heel, neat and no detachment of stitching, and firm accessories, Travel shoes with a size deviation of less than 230mm and a thickness of more than 25mm in the flexure area of the sole are not tested for folding resistance when the size deviation is within the standard requirement range. After 40000 folds, there should be no more than 3 new cracks with a length of 5.0mm or less. After folding, the upper should not show any cracking, surface cracking, or peeling of the sole. 6GB/T 3903.1-2008 Outsole folding resistance. Natural leather outsole does not measure wear resistance. Using a wear resistance testing machine, a rotating steel grinding wheel is used to wear the flat surface of the outsole for a certain period of time, and the length of the wear mark is measured. 7GB/T 3903.2 Outsole wear Resistance. Leather sandals with a sewing and sole thickness exceeding 25mm are not tested for peel strength, while leather sandals manufactured by other processes are tested for peel strength. The peeling strength of the upper sole is the main indicator of the adhesion strength between the upper and outsole of the shoe. Shoes with unqualified peeling strength of the upper sole are prone to problems such as opening and cracking during wearing. 8GB/T 3903.3 Peeling strength of the upper sole is only tested for the hardness of formed heels with a heel height greater than 25mm. 9GB/T 3903.4 Heel hardness. The bonding strength between the outsole and the midsole should not be less than 20N/cm to avoid problems such as opening and cracking during wearing. 10GB/T 532: The adhesive strength between the outsole and outsole is only tested for assembled leather shoes with a heel height greater than 30mm. Stretch at a constant speed on a tensile testing machine until the heel of the shoe separates from the upper or outsole, and record the required force value. 11GB/T 11413 Heel Bonding Force The maximum pulling force when the collar and sole are pulled apart. The 12 strap pull-out strength hook is a supporting material that strengthens or prevents bending and deformation at the waist of the shoe. Hook center bending stiffness refers to the ability of the hook center to resist bending deformation. 13GB/T 230.1 Hook Core Hardness Hook Core is a supporting material used to reinforce or prevent bending and deformation at the waistline of shoes. 14QB/T 1917 hook core specification hook core is a strip support located in the lumbar region, usually made of steel, wood, fiberboard, or plastic (used alone or in combination) to reinforce or prevent bending and deformation at the lumbar region. 15QB/T 1472 Fiberboard Flexibility Index Fiberboard refers to the formation of sheets using fiber materials processed by papermaking technology. During the experiment, the fiberboard underwent repeated mechanical flexion until it broke, and the flexion index was calculated based on the number of flexions at the time of fracture. 16QB/T 2882-2007 Lining and insole rubbing color fastness refers to the degree of staining of dyed or printed linings and insoles under external factors such as compression, friction, water washing and sweat stains during the wearing process. 17GB/T 17592-2006 (Textiles) GB/T 19942-2005 (Leather) Content of decomposable and carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes. Decomposable aromatic amine dyes refer to dyes synthesized from carcinogenic aromatic amines, commonly known as "prohibited azo dyes". After decomposable aromatic amine dyes are made into clothes, they cannot be distinguished from the appearance of textiles and can only be detected through technical testing, and cannot be eliminated. This type of dye can cause various malignant diseases and absorb carcinogens when in contact with human skin. 18GB/T 2912.1-2009 (Textiles) GB/T 19941 (Leather) Free or partially hydrolyzable formaldehyde content Formaldehyde is a colorless gas with a pungent odor. Textiles containing formaldehyde will gradually release free formaldehyde during people's wearing process, causing respiratory and skin inflammation through contact with the human respiratory tract and skin, and also causing eye irritation
