Polyester fiber, commonly known as "polyester". It is a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning polyester, which is condensed from organic dicarboxylic acids and diols, and belongs to the category of polymer compounds. Invented in 1941, it is currently the largest variety of synthetic fibers. The biggest advantage of polyester fiber is its excellent wrinkle resistance and shape retention, as well as its high strength and elastic recovery ability. It is sturdy, durable, wrinkle resistant, and non greasy. Polyester fiber has a series of excellent properties, such as high breaking strength and elastic modulus, moderate rebound, excellent heat setting effect, and good heat and light resistance. The melting point of polyester fiber is around 255 ℃, and the glass transition temperature is about 70 ℃. It has a stable shape under a wide range of end use conditions, and the fabric has washability and wearability. In addition, it also has excellent impedance (such as resistance to organic solvents, soap, detergents, bleach, oxidants) and good corrosion resistance. It is stable to weak acids, alkalis, and other substances, making it widely used in clothing and industry p>

Acrylic fiber generally refers to polyacrylonitrile fiber (a synthetic fiber), a synthetic fiber made of polyacrylonitrile or acrylonitrile copolymer with an acrylonitrile content greater than 85% (mass percentage). The commonly used second monomer is a non ionic monomer, such as methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, etc., while the third monomer is an ionic monomer, such as sodium propylene sulfonate p>

Nylon generally refers to nylon, which was developed by the outstanding American scientist Carothers and a research team led by him, and is the first synthetic fiber to appear in the world, Nylon is a term for polyamide fiber (nylon). The emergence of nylon has brought a new look to textiles, and its synthesis is a major breakthrough in the synthetic fiber industry. It is also a very important milestone in polymer chemistry.
